Cornerman AI, Sydney, operates Website Intelligence as a free website assessment tool.

Website checks

We process the website address you submit, publicly accessible technical findings, report data and timestamps. A limited inspection retrieves public pages and requests Google PageSpeed analysis. The submitted website address is shared with Google for that analysis. Do not include credentials, personal data or secret links in a website address.

Reports use a private access link. Anyone with that public report link can read its technical report, so share it carefully. Links do not provide access to enquiries or private Cornerman prospect data.

Optional enquiries

If you request a report, we collect your name, business, email address and any optional contact or service information you provide. We record the request and your consent choices. Report delivery and an optional request to discuss services are separate from marketing consent. A website check does not subscribe you to marketing.

Requested email delivery, when enabled, uses Resend. Enquiry management uses HubSpot, where we save your contact details with the assessment findings and a report link so Cornerman can respond to your report request. Google, Supabase, Netlify, Resend and HubSpot may process data outside Australia. Provider configuration and storage region must be reviewed before public launch.

Activity and retention

We record audit, report, download, enquiry and administrator events to operate the service. We do not install advertising cookies. Abuse controls use a salted hash of the platform-supplied IP address; the application does not retain that raw address. Hosting providers may maintain their own security logs.

Public audit records, associated enquiries and report metadata are removed after the configured retention period, initially 30 days. Private business-development records remain until Cornerman reviews or removes them. Administrative session cookies expire after one hour and are used only for secure access.

Your choices

You can view your website results without providing contact details. To request the PDF report, we ask for your name, business and email; phone is optional. You can close the request form and continue reading your results.
